Hello! I’m Meg.

WELLBEING SPEAKER & educator

After working as a primary and secondary teacher for more than a decade, I’m on a mission to share practical, enriching wellbeing education with big-hearted educators, leaders and school staff.

As a speaker, I offer a unique blend of practical strategies backed by humour, research and lived experience; the sum of thousands of hours talking to teachers and living this stuff. I’m here to help your teachers prioritise their wellbeing and thrive.

With more than half of all Australian teachers experiencing high levels of anxiety, I’m leading a nationwide conversation that cracks open the myths about wellbeing and gets to the bottom of what school staff need to move beyond survival, and thrive by design.
