Hello! I’m Meg.

WELLBEING SPEAKER & educator

After working as a primary and secondary teacher for more than a decade, I’m on a mission to share practical, enriching wellbeing education with big-hearted educators, leaders and school staff.

As a speaker, I offer a refreshing blend of practical strategies, humour, research and lived experience. This comes from thousands of hours spent talking with teachers and a deep understanding of school life. My focus is to help your staff prioritise their wellbeing and take deliberate action.

Every day, educators show up with care and commitment, often while running on depleted reserves. I am leading a nationwide conversation that cuts through the myths about wellbeing and gets to the heart of what school staff need to move beyond survival and thrive by design.
